Employee
Employee Module is created with the intent to handle all employee life cycle data management process from On-boarding till Retirement/Termination.
Process heads that are currently available in standard RiceHR version 1.1 are Onboard, Onboard History, Employee, Employee History, Compensation, Compensation history, Update Bulk Employee Details, ESS Access Assignment, Hold Salary, Hold Salary History, and Resignation.

Attendance Module is created with the intent to manage/handle all employee Attendance management process from direct attendance, attendance integration with 3rd party tools, Leave processing, Organizations Holiday management, Fully integrated with payroll for Leave pay or LOP.

Training Module is created with the intent to provide a facility for the Organization to organize their Training plan and administer the training for their employees.

Performance Management Module is created with the intent to provide a facility for the Organization to administer their organization Performance evaluation process. The module is fully customizable based on the organization needs. Every business has a unique needs and the performance management system needs to be defined accordingly. You can create your performance management program on the fly.
ESS Portal
Employee Self Services (ESS) Access Assignment – Create Employee self service access and restrict access to specific user information. Employee who only need to view their own personal information, HR’s or local coordinators can get access to update attendance data for their respective team etc…
Travel
Travel Module is created with the intent to provide a facility for the Organization to Manage and administer the employee travel requests workflow for manager or authorized person approval and travel coordinator to organize tickets based on the mode of transport. Also helps in streamlining travel budget and enable controlled expense reimbursement process. There is customization possibility for connecting unclaimed travel advance to be deducted in salary.
Reimbursement
Reimbursement Module is created with the intent to provide a facility for the Organization to allow flexible Pay design for the employees to allocate certain salary amount as a benefit and claim it as reimbursement. Monthly Reimbursement – Update/Upload bills on behalf of an employee
Letters
Letter Module is created with the intent to provide a facility for the Organization to create and maintain their own letter templates and standards. Letters can be split in 2 parts communication with Candidates like offer letter and the other part for employees. There is a complete flexibility in creating any letter formats and in any language based on the needs of the customer.
Organization
Organization Module is the key setup for your organization. You entire legal entity structure and your business organization structure is created here and used in the employee module and payroll modules. This is the place where you create your geography location office, Organization structure like Department, division, cost center, business unit, grade, ect…
Recruitment
Recruitment integration Module is a place holder for us to view and have control over what we have sent to the Recruitment tools or applications.
Once the Applicant is finalized, we take or import the data from the application or tools.
We have complete control over the offer process, where the budget validation and exception handling through custom workflow is available for the users.

Payroll
Payroll Module is created with the intent to manage/handle country specific statutory rules are fully configurable and exception rules are handled with the power of integration within the RiceHR process modules.
Even though RiceHR has the provision to handle multi country HRIS, the RiceHR 1.1 is delivered with India country extension.

Payslip Module is created with the intent to provide a fully flexible Payslip option for the Customer to manage the complex requirements demanded by the business teams. Monthly Payslip – Generate monthly payslip reports. YTD Payslip – Generate YTD payslip reports
Income Tax
Income Tax Module is created with the intent to provide a facility for the Organization to allow for the employees to claim income tax exemption rules that an employee can avail. It is an option for Payroll administration to accept the declaration by employee stating that he will provide the proof for the eligible exceptions before the end of the financial year. Hence he wants to have less income deduction or more cash in hand.
MSS Portal
Manager Self Services (MSS) Access Assignment – Managers who can view and edit their own information and approve their employee/subordinates leave request or travel request. HR’s or local coordinators can get access to update attendance data for their respective team etc…
Reports
Reports Module is created with the intent to provide a fully flexible reporting option for the HRAdmin / Payroll Administrator. The end user is provided with best in class tool to design and develop reports on the fly. The user can decided the name of the report and save as a favorite in the reporting module. Specific statutory reports like ESI, PF and Tax related templates are offered as standard. Payroll Reports – Trial run, Draft Run and Final run reports. Header Configuration and View Head Configuration – Custom report Creation.
Employee P- Files
Employee Module is created with the intent to manage Personal records of an employee in a digital format. All document related to employees Job role is updated and tracked separately and employee personal certificate of education and proof of Identity are stored in the employee Digital P-files.
Mass Mailer
Mass Module is created with the intent to provide a facility for the Organization management and HR teams to communicate with employees at the same time.
